Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to customers, as well as developing and maintaining customer relationships. The Technical Support Engineer will also be responsible for collaborating with other departments to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
Provide Technical assistance and solution relating to EXHEAT equipments
Knowledge related to Oil & Gas field
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Analytical Skills
Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Mechanical/Chemical
Experience with Pressure Vessel and heat exchanger systems or heat process equipment is a plus.,
