Job Description

Indorewala ENT Hospital is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate patient records, handling sensitive information, and supporting the hospitals administrative functions by efficiently managing data within our hospital software system.

Key Responsibilities
 Data Entry: Accurately enter and update patient information, medical records, and other pertinent data into the hospitals software system.
 Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents and correcting any discrepancies.
 Records Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic records for easy retrieval and reference.
 Software Utilization: Efficiently use the hospitals software system to input data, generate reports, and assist in various administrative tasks.
 Communication: Effectively communicate with healthcare staff to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
 Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information and adhere to hospital policies regarding data protection.
 Multi-language Proficiency: Handle tasks proficiently in English, Marathi, and Hindi, ensuring clear and accurate communication and documentation in all three languages.

Qualifications and Skills
 Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
 Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is mandatory.
 Technical Skills: Proficient in using hospital management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
 Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Experience: Previous experience in a data entry role, particularly in a healthcare setting, is preferred but not required.

Working Conditions
 This is a full-time position based at Indorewala ENT Hospital, Nashik.
 The role requires sitting for extended periods and working with computers and various software applications.
