Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at The Hostel Yard in Noida. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the property is well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
Qualifications
Property management, Facilities management, and Tenant relations skills
Experience in coordinating maintenance and repairs
Knowledge of local housing regulations and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Previous experience in hospitality or real estate management is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field,
