Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Hyderabad. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential and commercial properties, managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with leasing policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Property Management, Real Estate, and Leasing experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of local property laws and regulations
Ability to manage vendor relationships and maintenance activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
Certification in Property Management is a plus,
