Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager at Nestaway in Bengaluru. The Area Manager will be responsible for onboarding homeowners with rental properties, finding tenants, and managing the properties. Daily tasks include overseeing property management, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and handling any operational challenges.
Qualifications
Property management, real estate, and rental market knowledge
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in customer service and conflict resolution
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field,
