About the Role: Planview Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) Administrator
ofi is implementing multiple large-sized and medium-sized digital and IT projects, as part of its digital transformation journey. To ensure reliable delivery, Planview Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) System has been recently implemented. We are now seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join us as a Planview PPM System Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of the Planview (PPM) system, besides supporting the PMO by suggesting and implementing process improvements, automation, and training and supporting the project managers. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of project and portfolio management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and configure the Planview PPM system based on business requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system enhancements, integrations, and customizations.
Support the implementation and integration of the Planview system with other enterprise applications and systems.
Conduct system testing, including the creation and execution of test plans and scenarios.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including system architecture, configurations, and user guides.
Provide end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and assistance with system-related questions and issues.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential areas of improvement or optimization.
Stay up to date with Planview system updates, releases, and new features, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
Ensure the security and integrity of the Planview system and associated data through user access management and data governance practices.
Supporting the PMO lead by suggesting and implementing process improvements, automation, and training and supporting the project managers.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors in information technology, computer science or a related field
Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent). Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proven experience of 5-8 years as a system analyst or administrator, with a minimum of 3 years experience in Planview or other PPM systems.
Knowledge of system integration methodologies and experience integrating PPM systems with other enterprise applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions to complex business challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,
