Role Description

This is a full-time Study Abroad Counselor/Sales counselor role in Pune. As a Study Abroad Counselor, you will provide expert guidance to students, helping them identify and apply to European and US universities that best meet their academic and career goals. You will work with students to define their ideal study abroad destinations and colleges, help them navigate the application process, and assist them in obtaining additional funding and scholarships. The role entails a dual profile, Counseling & Sales. The ideal candidate should know the Study Abroad space, have a deep market understanding, and at the same time have a knack for doing Sales - Counseling Sales.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
 Previous experience working with students in an academic environment. People who worked in Ed-tech Sales are welcome to apply.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 Knowledge of European USA higher education systems and universities is a plus
 The ability to speak multiple languages is a plus,
