Supply Chain Management (SCM) Internship in Pune

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Intern will assist the Supply Chain team in various functions, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and handling. This internship offers a hands-on experience and an opportunity to gain practical knowledge in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

# Assist with Procurement: Support in sourcing materials and supplies, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

# Logistics Coordination: Help coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any issues related to logistics and transportation.

# Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, assist with stock audits, and update inventory records.

# Data Analysis: Compile and analyze supply chain data to support decision-making, and create reports and presentations for the team.

# Process Improvement: Contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements within the supply chain operations.

# Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

# Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

# Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with supply chain management software are a plus.
