- Onboard new partners and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Understand and address customer and business needs to effectively cross-sell and up-sell the companys products.

Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work with support and management teams to meet customer and partner expectations.
- Ensure smooth coordination with other sales channels to avoid conflicts and enhance sales opportunities.

Performance Monitoring:
- Regularly assess, clarify, and validate partner needs and performance to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Manage sales funnels, forecasts, and leverage sales opportunities.

Sales & Marketing Campaigns:
- Drive and manage sales and marketing initiatives to boost channel performance and growth.

Additional Duties:
- Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree.
- Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the industry.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Solution-oriented with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Flexible to travel to partner locations.
