Position:  Data Entry Operator- Sap MM Module
 
Job Summary:
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SCM Data Entry Specialist to enter and maintain accurate data in our SAP MM module. The ideal candidate must have advanced Excel skills and experience working with SAP MM module. The role involves data entry, PO Preparation, Data management, and MIS reporting to support our supply chain management processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 - Enter and maintain accurate data in SAP MM module, including material master, vendor master, and purchasing information
- Perform data cleansing, data validation, and data reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyse and structure data, create reports, and identify trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets to track and analyse data
- Meet productivity and quality standards, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Stay up-to-date with SAP MM module updates and changes, applying knowledge to improve data management processes
