    Job Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant

    Job Type: Full-time

    Experience: 3.1 to 12 years

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a talented Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules and be adept at providing functional expertise, configuring solutions, and supporting SCM processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Implementation and Configuration:

      • Lead Oracle Cloud SCM implementation projects.
      • Configure Oracle Cloud SCM modules to align with business requirements.
      • Perform gap analysis and develop functional specifications.
    2. Process Design and Optimization:

      • Analyze and improve supply chain business processes.
      • Design and optimize processes using Oracle Cloud SCM capabilities.
      • Provide best practice guidance.
    3. Functional Expertise:

      • Offer deep functional knowledge in modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Planning.
      • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides.
      • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
    4. Testing and Support:

      • Develop and execute test plans and cases for Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
      • Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues promptly.
      • Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
    5. Project Management:

      • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
      • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
      • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    6. Collaboration and Communication:

      • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
      • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
      • Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge transfer.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 3.1 to 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementation and support.
    • Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Planning.
    • Strong understanding of supply chain business processes and best practices.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
    • Oracle Cloud certification is a plus.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite SCM modules.
    • Knowledge of integration tools and techniques.
    • Experience in data migration and conversion.
    • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
