Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at TAC Security, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our cybersecurity products and solutions. You will work closely with the development and product teams to design, execute, and maintain test plans and cases that ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of performance, security, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:
 Test Planning & Design:
 Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
 Identify and create detailed scenarios for both functional and non-functional testing.
 Test Execution:
 Perform manual and automated testing of software applications, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
 Report defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
 Test Automation:
 Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
 Implement best practices in test automation and ensure continuous improvement of automated testing processes.
 Quality Assurance:
 Ensure all software products meet the company's quality standards before release.
 Conduct code reviews and participate in design reviews to provide feedback on quality and testability.
 Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
 Collaboration & Communication:
 Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize testing tasks, and provide feedback on product quality.
 Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to the project team and management.
 Documentation:
 Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, defect reports, and test summary reports.
 Ensure test documentation is up-to-date and accessible to all relevant team members.
 Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
 Experience with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
 Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
 Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
 Strong communication and collaboration skills.
 Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
 Preferred Skills:
 Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
 Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
 Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and practices.
 Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.,
