Role Description

Aritraa Realty is seeking an Assistant Manager in Real Estate Sales for a full-time on-site role located in Kalyan Dombivli. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets, managing client interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the AM will generate new leads, maintain relationships with existing clients, conduct property showings. with prospective buyers, and work to resolve any queries or concerns of clients.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
 Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
 Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools
 Excellent communication skills both oral and written with an ability to establish a rapport with clients
 Sound knowledge of Local Market Real Estate Trends, Pricing and Market Conditions (KDMC Region)
 Ability to plan, prioritize and organize the sales workload and meet deadlines
 Good Presentation and Negotiation Skills
 Positive attitude, hard-working and self-motivated
