Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Customer Service Representative at REGO. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing a memorable travel experience.
Qualifications
Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Customer Experience expertise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Prior experience in customer service roles
Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial,
