Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Entry Specialist at Assets Roster based in Delhi, with flexibility for remote work. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering and updating data in the company's fixed assets management system, providing administrative assistance, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting customer service as needed.

Qualifications

1. Basic Excel skills: Proficiency in Excel basics, such as formulas, formatting, and navigation.

2. Attention to detail: High accuracy and attention to detail to ensure error-free data entry.

3. Financial knowledge: Understanding of financial concepts, such as accounting principles, financial statements, and terminology.

4. Data entry speed and accuracy: Ability to enter data quickly and accurately, with a high level of precision.

5. Organizational skills: Ability to manage and organize large datasets, including sorting, categorizing, and summarizing data.

6. Analytical skills: Basic analytical skills to identify errors, discrepancies, or inconsistencies in data.

7. Familiarity with financial software: Experience with financial software, such as accounting systems or other financial tools, is a plus.

8. Time management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively to complete data entry tasks.
