Role Description

This full-time on-site role located in Mumbai / Pune is for a Sales - Corporate Training (Learning and Development). The Sales professional will be responsible for developing and delivering customized sales training to individuals and teams in order to improve sales skills and build upon their product knowledge. He / She should have a great network in L&D space, we are a growing company and will reward hardworking individuals. You will work closely with CEO to design and implement training programs that align with business goals and objectives.

Qualifications
 Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales training, corporate training, or related field
 Demonstrated ability to network with L&D professionals and help them to build, design, develop, and deliver effective training programs and. materials, utilizing various delivery methods, including classroom, virtual, and web-based platforms with industry expert trainers.
 Knowledge and application of adult learning theories and principles, instructional design methodology, and e-learning development software
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on findings
 Experience with sales s a must and have been working in similar domain in the past will be a plus,
