*Minimum qualification: graduation is required.

*Role of a Trainer*
1. Manage Internal Trainings for Employees on daily bases
2. New employee training on our policies, products and procedures
3. Organize training sessions with candidates on a daily bases
4. Tracking of new employee (0-6 Months) performance
