Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with over 5 years of experience, specializing in Flask to join our client's internal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development and be capable of leading projects effectively. This role demands a deep understanding of Python, particularly Flask, to ensure the smooth execution of our client's Responsibilities :
 Lead and manage Python development projects with a focus on Flask.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
 Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
 Identify and fix bugs, and optimize code for maximum performance.
 Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
 Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Skills :
 5+ years of experience in Python development.
 Expertise in Flask framework.
 Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web development.
 Proficient in database management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
 Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Excellent communication and teamwork Qualifications :
 Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
 Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
 Previous experience leading a development team or project.
