Role Overview:

The Marketing Design Specialist will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality brochures and other marketing assets that effectively communicate our brand message and support our marketing objectives. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities:
 Design & Production: Develop and design brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing strategies.
 Content Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to gather content and ensure it is effectively represented in all marketing assets.
 Brand Adherence: Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional brand image across all assets.
 Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept through to final production, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
 Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions as necessary to achieve the desired outcome.
 Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor materials to ensure our marketing assets are innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:
 Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
 Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing brochure design and other marketing materials.
 Above qualifications are preferred but freshers can apply too.

Skills:
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design software like Canva.
 Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
 Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
 Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Preferred: Experience in a corporate marketing environment or familiarity with branding guidelines.
