Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive/ Manager - Client Acquisition at Shipway in Gurugram. The role will involve daily tasks related to new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.
 Generate leads through various channels and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
 Utilize basic Excel skills to analyze sales data and track performance metrics.
 Demonstrate a strong understanding of SaaS technology and its applications to address client inquiries and objections.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through active communication and efficient objection handling. Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance to the management team.
 Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
 Apply analytical thinking and out-of-the-box approaches to problem-solving and sales strategies.
 Demonstrate exceptional cognitive abilities and objection handling skills to overcome client challenges and objections.

Requirements:
 Minimum graduate degree from a recognized institution.
 Maximum of 2 re-appears allowed.
 Proficiency in basic Excel functions.
 Strong understanding of SaaS technology and its applications.
 Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Excellent cognitive abilities with strong objection handling skills.
 Dynamic and proactive approach to work, with a strong drive to succeed.
 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
 Willingness to work 5 days a week from the office and work from home on Saturdays.
 Fixed working hours of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.  Individual laptops provided; transport facility not included.,
