Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Car Retail Sales Specialist at Flikcar in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Car Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing used cars, providing product knowledge, handling retail sales, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
Retail Sales and Product Knowledge
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Ability to listen to customer needs and recommend suitable options
Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred,
