Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with experience in AWS to design, develop, and deploy applications in a cloud-based environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming and a deep understanding of AWS services, ensuring our applications are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services. AWS Integration: Leverage AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and others to deploy, manage, and scale applications. Microservices Architecture: Develop and deploy microservices architectures using Java and AWS technologies. CI/CD Pipelines: Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using AWS tools like CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy. API Development: Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications and third-party services. Database Management: Work with AWS databases (e.g., DynamoDB, RDS) and manage data storage and retrieval processes. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and reliability in a cloud environment. Security: Implement security best practices in AWS, including IAM roles, encryption, and VPC configurations. Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, processes, and AWS configurations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. Experience: 5+ years of experience in Java development. Hands-on experience with AWS services and deploying applications in the cloud. Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development. Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools. Skills: Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). Strong understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS K8S, Java/ Spring Boot, Lambda, Kafka, S3, Aurora DB, AWS Cloud Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
