Graphic Designer Trainee

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Trainee Graphic Designer at Mindspace. The Trainee Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, design principles, typography, color theory, and other related tasks.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field.
 Basic Knowledge in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
 Basic knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, and other relevant design tools.
 Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
 Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects and creative solutions.
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 Designing eye-catching visuals for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, banner ads, email newsletters, infographics, and website assets.
 Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with client objectives and target audience preferences.
 Creating engaging visual content that effectively communicates brand messages and values while maintaining brand consistency.
 Utilizing industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality graphics and multimedia elements.
 Staying up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and use of AI and technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
