Job Description

ArowlogiQ Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a passionate and experienced QA Manager to join their growing team in Bengaluru. As the QA Manager, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining a robust quality assurance (QA) program for their Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the QA lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, defect-free software that meets client expectations.

Responsibilities

QA Strategy & Process Management :
 Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive QA strategy for ArowlogiQ's SaaS products.
 Define and implement quality assurance standards and methodologies to ensure consistent and effective testing practices.
 Lead the identification and implementation of tools and technologies to streamline the QA process.

Test Planning & Execution
 Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and develop effective test plans.
 Oversee the execution of various types of testing, including functional, non-functional, usability, and regression testing.
 Manage and mentor a team of QA testers, providing guidance and ensuring efficient test execution.

Defect Management & Reporting
 Implement a systematic process for identifying, logging, tracking, and resolving software defects.
 Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend improvements to the QA process.
 Prepare comprehensive test reports and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Compliance & Best Practices
 Ensure adherence to industry regulations and quality standards relevant to SaaS development.
 Stay up-to-date with the latest QA trends and best practices, continuously improving the QA program.

Technical Skills & Qualifications
 Minimum 4 years of experience in software QA, preferably within the SaaS industry.
 Proven experience in developing and implementing QA strategies and methodologies.
 In-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies (functional, non-functional, usability, regression).
 Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (a plus).
 Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (i.e., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
 Experience with bug tracking tools (i.e., Jira) is a plus.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred)
