Manager Strategy & Corporate Planning

JOB SUMMARY
 The candidate will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiency for the organization.
 This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

KEY DELIVERABLES
 Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
 Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats
 Collaborate with senior management to align strategic initiatives with company growth plans  organic / inorganic
 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make recommendations for improvements
 Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus, mergers and acquisitions)
 Construct forecasts and analytical models including long term plans
 Project manage and assist Business/Category leaders in reviewing performance against Strategic Initiatives
 Monitor and analyze industry trends, market changes and best practices
 Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
 Engineer / CA + MBA from a reputed Institute
 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in strategy consulting firms

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES
 Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strategic planning tools
 Understanding of market research and data analysis
 Knowledge of business operations and procedures
