- Engage with potential Corporate and HR Companies to offer end-to-end Talent Platform/Online Recruitment Solutions through Inside Sales in India/ME/SEA.
- Identify key stakeholders in the Talent Acquisition/HR team responsible for fulfilling the organization's hiring needs, including interaction with CHRO/CXO/CFO level professionals.
- Prospect leads through Cold/Warm Calling and effective Business email communication.
- Understand and assess client requirements, share proposals/Presentations, and customize solutions as needed.
- Develop & Execute business plans to achieve Monthly Revenue Goals, managing the complete Sales cycle from identification to closure.
- Drive. New Acquisitions by acquiring more clients and closing deals, while monitoring competitor activities and planning counter strategies.
- Stay updated with industry HR Hiring Trends, Emerging Markets, and competition.

- Graduate with 1-7 years of B2B field sales experience, including hands-on experience of the entire sales cycle.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Zeal for a career in sales.
- Internet savvy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Preferable industries: IT, HR Space/Consulting, Media, Solution Selling, Consultants, BFSI, Telecom, Dot Com, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to integrate into a sales team.
- An aggressive personality, driven by performance, is preferred.
