About this role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy for Indian and South East Asian markets
- Deliver revenue as a Monthly recurring metric for our B2B SaaS product
- Analyze customers" needs, buyers to build razor sharp value propositions
- Build business cases and conduct investment- benefit/value/ ROI analysis for customers
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals customized for large enterprises
- Prepare customized product demos for customers
- Create assets to support go-to-market plan POCs for companies, case studies, competitive value propositions, website content etc.
- Keep up with the industry trends keep track of competitive landscape and global market trends
Expected skills and competencies
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in selling B2B SaaS Product (preferably Employee Learning/ HR tech)
- Acumen as a problem solutionist is a must
- Enjoy hustling and bringing sales deals to a closure
- Skilled at CRM usage, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels
- Strong knowledge of Learning Platforms is preferred
- Communication expertise to articulate and present complex business concepts and ideas in business forums
- Excellent presentation skills to be able to develop high quality, impactful stakeholder presentations (expertise in tools like PowerPoint, Canva is must)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to be able to engage with senior leadership and HR leaders
- Be able to deliver performance in remote work culture
- Knowledge of competency building and productivity would be a plus
