Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Business Development Manager located in Guwahati, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities. negotiating and closing deals, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Sales Business Development Manager will also develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
 Proven sales and business development experience
 Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
 Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
 Ability to analyze and interpret market trends and customer needs
 Experience working in the SPICES & GROCERIES or food processing industry is a plus
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Exposure to ORGANIC Spices & Groceries Sales and Modern Trade will be necessary,
