We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Quality Inspector to join our team in Pune, India at our supplier (Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Shirwal, Maharastra) location. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about maintaining and enhancing product quality through effective Supplier Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities:
 Lead and manage the Supplier Quality Assurance team to ensure the. delivery of high-quality products from our supplier.
 Develop and implement quality control processes for supplier evaluation, selection, and ongoing performance monitoring.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards, specifications, and inspection criteria for incoming materials and components.
 Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
 Investigate and address any quality issues, non-conformances, and deviations from established standards in a timely manner.
 Work closely with supplier to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall product quality.
 Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams on quality-related matters.

Qualifications:
 Proven experience in a senior quality assurance role, preferably in appliances industry.
 Strong knowledge of Supplier Quality Assurance processes and methodologies.
 Excellent understanding of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
 Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
