Information Technology Project Manager

Responsibilities
 Leading the planning and implementation of IT projects using the Scrum methodology, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
 Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and tracking progress against them.
 Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
 Leading the Scrum team, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching the team on Scrum best practices, and removing any obstacles that may prevent the team from achieving its goals.
 Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that projects are aligned with business goals and objectives.
 Managing project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring expenditures, and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
 Conducting post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
 Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in project management and Scrum. methodology to improve skills and knowledge.
 Managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
 Communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and developing status reports and dashboards to track project progress.

Requirements:

Candidates must have the following experience:
 A minimum of 4+ years as a Project Manager
 Must have experience with Azure DevOps/Teams Foundation Server
 Skilled with Agile Methodology.
 Experience on MS Project is a must.
 Experience in handling Healthcare/Hospital Management Software is preferred
 CSM Certification is a plus.
 Must've experience in handling IT Software Projects.
 Sound understanding of Programming languages & technologies.
 An excellent understanding of how best practices can be used to improve business efficiencies.
 Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications.
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
