Role Description Position: International IT Software Sales Executive This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for an International IT Software Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, results-driven individual, with. a proven track record in IT Software Sales, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in IT Software Sales or a related field Excellent knowledge of enterprise software solutions, including cloud-based applications, and analytics tools Understanding of the sales cycle and excellent negotiation skills Experience in generating leads, cold-calling, and closing deals Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and building customer relationships Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to analyze customer needs and provide customized solutions Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus Willingness to travel internationally to customer sites as required Responsibilities: Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets. Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's presence in target regions. 2.Sales Leadership: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies. 3.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest features and capabilities of our software solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to potential clients. 4.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide valuable input to enhance product offerings based on client feedback. 5.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities. Analyze customer needs and tailor sales strategies to address specific market demands. Qualification: Any bachelors degree Effectively present and promote our e-commerce solutions, similar to Shopify, to potential clients. As an integral part of your daily activities, you will be responsible for making a substantial volume of outbound calls, ranging from 100 to 150 calls per day. Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients who would benefit from our e-commerce solutions,
