JOB BRIEF

We're seeking a CRM Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of our CRM system. As a crucial member of our team, you'll not only manage the CRM but actively engage with customers, driving repeat business, and identifying new opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM Implementation and Optimization:
Lead the implementation and customization of the CRM system to meet the specific needs of our business.
Continuously optimize and enhance the CRM system to improve efficiency and support business objectives.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
Proactively call existing customers to seek repeat business and assess their ongoing needs.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, keeping them engaged through regular communication and the sharing of relevant marketing materials.
Customer Outreach:
Conduct a minimum number of outbound calls to customers on a regular basis.
Ensure effective communication with customers to understand their feedback and address any concerns.
Customer Support Coordination:
Collaborate with project teams to ensure that each customer receives excellent service.
Support customers in their requirements through effective communication and coordination with the project team.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue opportunities for new business from existing customers.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to capitalize on potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
QUALIFICATION
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Expertise: Proven experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and the ability to leverage its features to enhance customer relationships and drive business outcomes.
Sales and Marketing Acumen: A background in sales or marketing is advantageous, showcasing the ability to understand customer needs, promote products or services, and contribute to revenue growth.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing CRM data and generating actionable insights. The ability to interpret customer behavior, track performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, propose effective solutions, and address customer concerns in a proactive and timely manner.
Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence customer decisions positively.
