Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion Graphic Designer located in Pune. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating stunning visuals, motion. graphics, and animations for various marketing campaigns, events, and product videos. They will collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize design solutions and execute them to perfection. The Motion Graphic Designer will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and software, and continuously improving their technical skills.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in creating motion graphics, visual effects, and animations
 Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
 Strong understanding of branding and design principles and typography
 Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery methods
 Experience with scripting in After Effects is a plus
 Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
 Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines
 Excellent communication and presentation skills,
