What are we looking for 

We are looking for builders of the 1st order. You should get a rush from creating things from scratch and take pleasure in watching users, try to tear them apart through sheer volume and strange, unthinkable use cases. You will work closely with the Product and AI Research team to build features, tools, and scalable architecture for Spyne. As with any startup, responsibilities will vary frequently. Youll wear multiple hats, and work across many different technologies, might talk to clients directly, and have an active say in the direction of our product. We want someone who is passionate about this type of environment!

What youll do
 You will manage a team of Software Engineers distributed under Tech Leads
 You will collaborate closely with other engineers of the team and lend your help in your areas of expertise.
 You will manage a scale of Millions of Images processed everyday through Computer Vision algorithms running in the backend
 You will build microservices to support new functionalities
 Your will bind our front and back-end services together.
 You will deliver maintainable and high-quality code
 You will work in an environment that supports your individual growth

What you must have
 BTech degree in Computer Science, Engineering, from Tier-1 engineering institutes
 4-6 years of Software Development experience in a product development setup
 Extremely self-motivated and autonomous.
 Strong data structures and algorithm skills
 Designing database schemas and architecture
 Strong knowledge of Microservices architectural patterns
 Deep experience of building systems at a massive scale
 Hands-on expertise in enterprise technology applications architecture, design, development and support.
 Good software engineering methodology: meaningful and deeply-rooted opinions about testing and code quality, ability to make sound quality/speed trade-offs.
 Passionate about writing code (yes you will write code).
 Solid knowledge of applications performance improvement techniques and caching solutions.
 Experience developing with client-side web technologies {REACT, CSS, Javascript, AJAX}.
 Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
 Exceptional technical skills in backend (and frontend) engineering.
 Highly experienced with back-end programming languages {Ex: PHP, Python, Ruby, Java etc}.
 Solution design experience in large-scale projects, ideally of an eCommerce nature.
 Expert in Java, NodeJS, Jenkins, GIT, RESTful APIs.
