Engineering Manager, Developer AI, Machine Learning

Minimum qualifications:
 Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:
 Experience with technical leadership and management.
 Experience with lifecycle of building products with Machine Learning (i.e., idea, prototype, evaluations, data-driven experimentation).
 Experience with infrastructure and building scalable distributed systems.
 Experience with C++, Go, Python, or Natural Language Processing.
 Experience with People Management, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering.

In this role, you will join a team in India, that focuses on building AI technologies to accelerate large scale automated or semi-automated code edits with AI and ML technology.

Responsibilities
 Be responsible for setting the direction and goals for the team.
 Build AI technologies to accelerate large scale automated or semi-automated code edits with AI.
 Engage with leads in Core and in other Product Areas to identify opportunities and collaborate effectively.
 Collaborate with teams on prototypes employing new research in NLP for code and production of prototypes. Identify feedback or actively engage in the development. Productionization will include building data pipelines, ML training and evaluation automation.
