Senior Python Backend Engineer

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices. This role requires a deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud technologies. Experience in AI and machine learning is a plus.

Responsibilities:
 Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Python.
 Build and optimize APIs and microservices to support our applications and services.
 Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
 Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
 Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the Python ecosystem, distributed systems, and cloud computing.
 Contribute to the architecture and design of new and existing systems.
 Troubleshoot and. resolve issues in our development, test, and production environments.

Requirements:
 Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development with Python.
 Proven experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
 Strong knowledge of building APIs and microservices.
 Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
 Proficiency in database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
 Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
 Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
 Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
 Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
