Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in business development and sales. Experience: 0-2 Years

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Working Time: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:-
 Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
 Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and Customer Relationship Management.
 Collaborate with the other team to achieve and exceed targets.
 Generate leads by developing and implementing strategies for generating leads, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
 Assisting in the onboarding process of new clients to ensure a smooth transition and integration.
 Preparing regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results for senior management.
 Gathering and relaying customer feedback to improve products, services and customer experience.
 Conducting follow-up communications with leads to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.

Qualifications:-
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
 Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
 Prior internship or project experience in sales or business development is a plus, but not required.,
