Job Description:-

1. Project Planning and Initiation

o Define installation scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with

senior management and stakeholders.

o Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource

allocation.

o Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

2. Project Execution and Monitoring

o Lead and manage installation (Vendor) teams, providing direction and

support to ensure project objectives are met.

o Monitor installation progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to

project plans.

o Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and

senior management.

3. Stakeholder Management

o Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other

stakeholders.

o Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely and

transparent manner.

4. Resource Management

o Allocate and manage resources, including team members, budget, and

materials.

o Ensure effective utilization of resources and address any resource

constraints or issues.

o Coordinate with HR and other departments to secure necessary project

resources.

5. Quality Assurance and Control

o Establish and enforce quality standards and ensure project deliverables

meet these standards.

o Conduct regular quality reviews and audits to identify and address any

deviations or issues.

o Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain project quality.

6. Risk Management

o Identify potential project risks and develop risk management plans.

o Monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle.

o Implement contingency plans to mitigate the impact of identified risks.

7. Installation Closure

o Ensure all installations are completed and meet the required standards.

o Conduct project evaluations and prepare final project reports.

o Capture and document lessons learned and best practices for future

projects.
