Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced IT Trainer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in software development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coding and will be responsible for reviewing code, training employees on standard coding practices, and ensuring that all development aligns with industry best practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Training & Development: Provide hands-on training to employees on software development best practices, standard coding structures, and emerging technologies.

- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to company and industry standards.

- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and support them in improving their technical skills, coding efficiency, and problem-solving abilities. - Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials, including technical documentation, coding guidelines, and workshop content tailored to the needs of the team.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the development team, QA, and other stakeholders to align training programs with project requirements and company objectives.

- Tech Stack Guidance: Guide developers in selecting appropriate technologies and tools, ensuring they are familiar with the latest trends and methodologies.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development processes within the organization.


Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in code review tools, version control (e.g., Git) and Project Management tools like JIRA, Trello etc.

- Training Experience: Experience in training or mentoring teams, with strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions. - Knowledge: Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), design patterns, and clean code principles.

Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Coding and DevOps practices. - Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. - Prior experience in a formal training or instructional role is a plus.,
