- We want you to join our team as a Junior Sales Executive and play a key role in driving sales at Refrens.com.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, understanding their specific needs and requirements.
Support senior team members in providing training sessions and resources to clients, ensuring they can effectively utilize our offerings.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Work alongside senior team members to identify and resolve onboarding-related issues or challenges, collaborating with relevant departments as needed.
Aid in gathering feedback from clients to enhance the onboarding process and overall customer experience.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of client interactions and onboarding activities using CRM software.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in client acquisition or sales, preferably in the software domain.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to gather and analyze customer insights to support decision-making.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
