Job Description:
1) Research & plan content strategy for social media campaigns / post as per latest trend.
2) Develop and publish engaging posts that engage audiences & promote our brand
3) Build a community by engaging the audience with meaningful conversations & responding to their comments.
4) Analyze social media analytics to measure the performance of the campaigns.
5) Create & implement inclusive digital marketing strategies by utilizing different digital mediums and setting measurable KPIs.
6) Manage digital campaigns, monitor performance reports, analyse data, and make data-driven recommendations.
7) Optimize website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate and conversion rates to improve user experience & drive lead generation.
8) Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.
9 Manager and optimize PPC campaigns on various platforms
Requirements
1) A bachelors degree with marketing, communication or related fields
2) 6 months to 2 years experience in digital marketing, social media marketing & content marketing
3) Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing & social media marketing
4) Experience of MS Excel & Canva
