Business Manager - Commercial Interiors Fit-Out ( B.Arch preferred )

Dnova Infracon, a leader in commercial interiors contracts, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager with a design background to join our team in Gurgaon. We specialize in creating innovative and functional commercial spaces that meet the highest standards of quality and design.

Key Responsibilities:
 Identify New Business Opportunities: Utilize your network and industry knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial interiors sector.
 Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with architects, designers, and key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.
 Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets. This includes market analysis, client segmentation, and competitive positioning.
 Present Proposals and Negotiate Contracts: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition. Negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms.
 Attend Industry Events: Represent Dnova Infracon at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance our visibility and generate leads.
 Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our design and project management teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered successfully.

Key Requirements:
 Educational Background: Any Bachelor's degree (B.Arch preferred).
 Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
 Interior & Architecture Knowledge: In-depth understanding of interior design and architecture principles to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
 Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Canva, PowerPoint, and MS Excel to create presentations, proposals, and reports.
