Job Description: Inside Sales Manager
Location: India (with responsibility for both India and international markets)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in inside sales
Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets in both domestic and international markets.
2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to both Indian and international B2B markets to drive growth and achieve sales goals.
3. Lead Generation and Follow-ups: Oversee the lead generation process, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, and manage follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
5. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular performance reports and taking corrective actions to meet and exceed sales targets.
6. Communication Skills: Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
7. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape in both Indian and international markets.
8. Sales Training: Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer interaction skills.
9. CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and ensure data accuracy for reporting and analysis purposes.
10. Result-Oriented Approach: Maintain a strong focus on achieving results, driving the team to meet and exceed sales targets, and continuously striving for improvement in sales processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
