Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Corporate Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales within corporate accounts while delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment. This role requires a strong understanding of retail operations, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within corporate accounts.

- Identify and prospect new corporate clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products to corporate customers.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve profitability targets.

- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure seamless customer service and support throughout the sales process.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Corporate Salesperson or similar role in retail sales.

- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
