Project Manager - Software development services

We are seeking a talented and experienced software Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with advanced Jira based Agile methodology for managing software development / outsourcing projects . He will be responsible to coordinate and manage on-line and off-line ( in-office) software developers . We specialize in AI and Generative AI based software development projects.

Responsibilities
 Coordinate and manage on-line and off-line software developers.
 Develop processes, structure optimized for our unique AI centric IT services
 Familiarity with AI based software projects.
 Coordinating project related communication in Slack
 Coordinating, scheduling stand-up meetings, hybrid  on-line using Zoom and off-line.
 Track, escalate Jira issues.
 Coordinate with clients , on requirements changes, sprints / milestones
 Capable of identifying / predicting bottlenecks  both from developer side ( us), client side , and bottlenecks caused by poor communication between developer and clients.

Requirements:
 Proven experience with Jira (Agile) software , customization of Jira dashboards
 Experience in managing Jira sprints and daily stand up meetings
 Developing KPIs for developers, measuring, tracking KPIs
 Knowledge of hosting and managing applications on AWS EC2 instances.

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
 Graduate with minimum 3 year experience in software project management using Jira (Agile)
 Clear experience of Git, Github for team development
 Knowledge of hosting in cloud infrastructure such as AWS , Digital Ocean, etc. The AI model hosting is highly high end GPU intensive, requires special care in hosting.
 Knowledge of DevOps - CI/CD with dockers, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Github Actions, etc

Qualifications
 Bachelor's/ degree or MBA
 Proven project management experience
 Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
