Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our products/services, generate leads, and secure appointments.

2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research and cold calling, ensuring a robust pipeline for the sales team.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

4. Feedback Collection: Gather and report client feedback to help improve our products/services and customer satisfaction.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Qualifications

1) Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, relationship building, telemarketing, or customer service.

2)Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.

3) Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with the ability to identify and qualify leads effectively.

4)CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to manage and document client interactions.

5)Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

6)Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

7)Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,
