B2B Lead Generation Specialist

About us: Established in 2017 in the UK, Percipere is a fast-growing Premier Process Integrator for ERP and process re-engineering engagements that works with leading clients in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and India. We have ambitious growth targets and we are looking for a B2B Lead Generation Manager to help us achieve these targets.

Job Type-Contractual role for 6 months (with the possibility of extension up to 1 year.)

Responsibilities:

 Developing and driving comprehensive, integrated B2B demand generation campaigns, aligned with the global strategy, to drive high-quality leads

 Work with the sales team to set goals and define the metrics for the campaigns

 Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates.

 Analyse campaign results in detail, draw insights and make data-based adjustments

 Partner with sales on lead nurturing

 Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors

 Monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly / annual basis and report to senior managers.

Requirements & Skills:

 1-2 years of experience working on B2B lead generation campaigns

 Experience within the IT sector is a plus

 Global exposure  having experience working in different geographies

 Experience running campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including SEM, display, email, and social

 Proven experience working with various CRM and CMS systems and marketing tools

 Intermediate to Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

 Great organization and project management skills

 Excellent communication skills

 Creative problem-solving skills

 Self-starter with ability to work independently

 Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment,
