Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Manual Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing software to ensure that it meets the required standards and is free of bugs and defects before release. This role requires strong analytical skills, a passion for quality, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team Responsibilities :

Test Planning And Design
 Review and analyze system specifications.
 Collaborate with QA engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
 Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scripts.

Test Execution
 Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results.
 Identify, document, and track software defects using tracking tools.
 Perform regression testing when bugs are :
 Prepare testing reports, document defects, and collaborate with developers for resolution.
 Maintain up-to-date documentation of test results and progress.
 Provide feedback to the development team on product quality, usability, and overall :
 Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure that testing aligns with project goals.
 Participate in project meetings and provide updates on testing progress.

Continuous Improvement
 Stay updated on the latest testing methodologies and tools.
 Suggest improvements to current processes and tools to enhance testing quality and :
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
 2+ years of experience in manual testing.
 Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
 Familiarity with various software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Skills
 Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
 Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test scripts.
 Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
 Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is preferred.
 Experience with automation tools and frameworks.
 Familiarity with SQL and experience in testing APIs.
 Knowledge of performance and security testing.
