Job Title: Python Full Stack Tech Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Tech Lead to oversee the development and

implementation of web applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical

background in both front-end and back-end development, excellent leadership skills, and the

ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Tech Lead will play a crucial role in

guiding the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet

the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

 Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust web applications.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

 Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum

speed and scalability.

 Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Python and associated

frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).

 Implement front-end solutions using JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

 Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the development team, promoting best

practices in software development.

 Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

 Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs.

 Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our tech stack current

and efficient.

 Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering,

design, testing, and deployment.

 Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful

project delivery.

 Drive continuous improvement in the development process and contribute to the overall

technical strategy of the organization.

 Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Full Stack Development, including

new technologies, regulations, and best practices, and incorporate them into business analysis

and solutions.

Requirements:

 Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

 Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on Python and web

frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).

 Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JavaScript

frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

 Strong understanding of database design and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL,

MongoDB).

 Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

 Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools

(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

 At least 10 years of experience in software development, with a track record of successful

project delivery.

 Experience in team leadership, project coordination, or a similar role.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a

collaborative team environment.

 Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster or relevant technical certifications are a plus.

 Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

 Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.

 Understanding of security best practices in web application development.

 Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies are a plus.
