Job Summary:

The ML Lead /Data Scientist will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to solve complex business problems within the fintech domain. The successful candidate will work closely with data engineers, software engineers, Technical Heads and product stakeholders to build scalable and efficient ML solutions that enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
 Model Development: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various fintech applications, such as fraud detection, credit scoring, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics.
 Data Processing: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure the quality and relevance of data for model training and evaluation.
 Deployment: Deploy ML models into production environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
 Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and deliver ML solutions that meet business objectives.
 Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of ML models in production, making necessary adjustments and improvements to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
 Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence, and apply new techniques and tools to improve existing solutions.
 Documentation: Document ML models" design, development, and deployment processes to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:
 Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
 Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as an ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar role, preferably within the fintech industry.
 Technical Skills:
 Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
 Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
 Experience with data processing tools and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, SQL).
 Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for ML model deployment.
 Familiarity with software development practices, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
 Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
 Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
 Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with deep learning techniques and neural networks.
 Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the fintech industry.
 Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and time series analysis.,
